“Undersized or just mislabeled. The first pair I bought was labeled 11-12 and they were too short. I ordered the 13-14 which turned out to be a EU 43-44 (11.5) so they are short but wide. Also, I ordered on 12/2 and they didn’t arrive until 12/23. Customer Service blamed it on black Friday, but somehow my order on 12/8 arrived in 8 business days. The business model and black card now feels like a bait and switch. They advertise free shipping for platinum tier, but that is a 1 time reward. Ben, I guess This is what happens when you grow your business too big too fast. I have definitely made my last order (number 54)”
