“Hello, I had the most awful displeasure ordering and item. Somehow I never recurve the item and it's been almost 2 months. I was told it was sent back for insufficient address when I know for a fact it wasn't on my part or due to the format. I'm fact I'm aFicily Manager that handles all shipping and handling operations and have been doing so for almost 20yrs. The only thing you offered was me to provide my address again and then would send it back which probably would've took another 3 weeks. You offered no inconvenience discount or my items for free. I'm very disappointed.”
