“I had a parcel delivered by Royal mail. I wasn’t at home and I requested the courier to leave it in a safe place over the fence. However it was left on my doorstep and was missing when I got home. I contacted royal mail immediately and the advised me to get in touch with Boxraw. I understand it wasn’t Boxraws fault as to why the parcel was misplaced but the resolution has been horrendous. I have been told by the AI chat that it has been escalated and someone will contact me but nothing has been done. Terrible customer service!”
