“The products are sooooo good!! At least for me is the best brand and the summer sale have a lot of discounts. I gave 3 stars for the awful client service… last year the people who was responding the emails don’t even know where my package were and now this year instead of improve their attentions and processes the have a “AI” who responds the email... that obviously is worse. So if you take the free shipping, pray for it to arrive because that delivery it’s by the local free post office of your country and when ocs send the package to your country, you are by your own. If you pay the express delivery it costs 25 usd and the send by DHL, in my country was 50 more of taxes I don’t know why… DHL told me that I have to pay that amount to have my package. I hope next year the can improve, the products are the best in quality and design but… hope the people who works and the way the attend can improve to the level of their products. Love boxraw!”
