“The quality of the products I ordered was excellent — very well made, stylish, and comfortable. However, as a customer in Switzerland, I had to pay high customs and DHL processing fees on delivery, which made the order a lot more expensive than expected. Great gear overall, but I would appreciate more transparency or alternative shipping options for Swiss customers.”
