“Unfortunately the jacket I ordered for a Christmas gift came in a soft packaged envelope and appeared to have two large cuts across the back (like maybe by a box cutter). I opened it to find a large cut also on the inside zip locked package containing the jacket. The jacket had a cut across it close to the zipper. I previously received an email on 12/17 saying the package had been delivered but it was four more days before it was actually delivered. No customer service number to call. Same with the damaged jacket. Return policy didn’t have an option to return damaged goods or replace with same item. Now they are out of the size/color I ordered. On top of that, I have to pay to ship the damaged jacket back!! No option for return label with prepaid shipping. Anxious to see if customer service gets any better.”
