“Extremely disappointed with this order, i have reached out to Boxraw because my order has been marked delivered & no delivery was made & they were advised not only were my partner & i home that day, i have camera footage of that day with another package being left which was there all day. I was very polite & requested they look into this yet the only response received being from their AI bot. I love this brand & am so unhappy with the lack of response as well as this happening for a rather pricey order.”

“Ordered on 18th of December with "guaranteed delivery before Christmas" as a gift for my son. It's now the 4th January and the tracking information still says "we're expecting it" even though it's marked as shipped. I've sent multiple emails requesting an update, replacement or refund but seem to be getting nowhere. I am receiving delayed responses but it's all "we're waiting to hear back from the courier" Just not good enough I'm afraid. Avoid!”
