“Total disappointment. I ordered a new year gift for my son in November. Not only did the parcel not arrive at all, but I have not received my money back after repeated letters to the supplier and to the Bowraw service centre. I very much hope someone does get back to me and explain what comes next.”

“Clothing is great however when contacting customer services you are often met with an annoying automated answer rather than an answer to your query. Due to poor stock analysis my order missed an important date and although I was eventually given a refund there was nothing to make it up to the end user for a simple and avoidable error. Clothing 5/5 Actual customer services 3/5 Automated response 0/5 Overall 3/5”

“Returned an order 1+ months ago. One item has been refunded 2+ weeks ago. Which is great. However, The other item was an exchange, which has not been processed/updated. I have emailed them a few times, with no update/response. Bought from Boxraw for many years, great brand. Never returned items with them. However on this occasion I have and its a slow and painful process Hopefully this is a one off. Hoping the boxraw team will reach out to me to get this sorted as the emails have gone cold :(”
