“Good website, easy to navigate. Brand image is good, with wider coverage now they are sponsoring major boxing events. Products are well selected and look like good quality. First line customer service is a bot which only repeats what’s on the website, so wasn’t much help.. I had a sizing enquiry which I didn’t get answered, so had to take a chance.. fortunately for me the item fit perfectly.”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience with Boxraw I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Boxraw has been incredibly frustrating. I placed my order and waited well beyond the expected delivery timeframe. After more than 10 business days, my package still had not arrived. To make matters worse, I received an automated email stating that my order had been delivered when it had not been delivered at all. This caused a great deal of confusion and wasted my time trying to figure out where my package was. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the delivery notification had been sent in error due to warehouse issues. While mistakes happen, customers should not be receiving false delivery confirmations. The biggest issue, however, was being informed after the order had already shipped that I would be responsible for customs duties and import charges. This was not made sufficiently clear during checkout. For a simple order of two T-shirts, being surprised with additional fees after the fact is unacceptable. The only resolution offered was reimbursement of 50% of the customs charges, despite the significant shipping delays, incorrect delivery notifications, and poor communication throughout the process. I do not believe this adequately addresses the inconvenience caused. To make matters even worse, after I expressed my concerns and requested a fair resolution, customer service effectively stopped addressing the core issues and became largely unresponsive. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I felt that my concerns were being ignored. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially for a company that presents itself as a premium brand. Overall, the customer experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Delays can happen, but transparency, communication, and accountability are essential. Unfortunately, Boxraw failed on all three fronts in my case. I would not recommend ordering internationally from Boxraw unless you are prepared for potential delays, unexpected customs fees, misleading delivery notifications, and poor post-purchase customer support.”

“Unreal gear, The tracksuit is lightweight and comfortable to train in, And the shirt i bought works nicely as a training shirt and an everyday shirt. Staff were super helpful while tracking my order and sizes fit perfectly for me. Super stoked and will definitely cop more in the future Cheers”
