“I never received my package and customer service just gave me the run around. Their way of “helping” me was offering 50% off to re-buy all of my missing items. If I can’t even receive a package from you in the first place, why would I re-purchase something from you all again? This was my first time buying something from BOXRAW, and it will be my last. Overall, the company gave me scam vibes; they clearly needed my money more than me.”
