“I ordered a hoodie on November 20 and have not received my item. I contacted Boxraw asking for an update and received two responses advising me that they have contacted the delivery company. Their response was on December 9. I followed up again and have not received a response. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. The tracking system says held up at facility but since November 27”
