“I am really disappointed in Boxraw. I have placed an order on 30th October. Since then I got absolutely no news about it. The tracking only states "data received" and that’s it. I tried to contact the customer service by mail but they never came back to me. They don’t seem to care at all. So disappointing from a brand that I used to love and respect so much.”

“I am very upset with my recent purchase from box raw. I ordered a large in October and it was too big. I exchanged it for the medium. I still have not yet received my order and costumer service is claiming they are not able to locate my order but the money was taken out of my account. I am extremely frustrated and would just like my sweatshirt or an update on when the package will arrive.”
