“am extremely disappointed with BOXRAW’s customer service. I paid €100 for an order that is marked as delivered, but I never received it. DHL confirmed they cannot help, and since then I have been stuck speaking only to automated messages. The AI keeps saying it will connect me with a human agent, but no one ever responds. After several attempts, I still have no solution, no clear explanation, and no refund. This situation has been very frustrating and poorly handled. I expected much better communication and responsibility from a brand like this.”
