“Overall I like the quality of the products. I have noticed though, and this may be worth exploring on your end, I ordered 2 Valdes overshized shirts 1 black and 1 griege and both XS but the griege is noticably larger than the black. I don't think it's meant to be that way, they are both stamped XS on the shirt maybe this is a production issue.”

“My order was returned to the sender due to a courier error and was never delivered. Although the delivery company confirmed that the mistake was on their side, the order was initially marked as delivered by BOXRAW. I was then informed that I would need to wait up to 60 days for an internal claim with the courier and complete additional paperwork. After several emails, the company eventually agreed to send a replacement order, which was presented as a gesture of goodwill rather than a legal obligation. While I hope the issue is now close to being resolved, this experience is very disappointing. Unfortunately, situations like this may lead some customers, who are not fully aware of their consumer rights, to accept delays or outcomes they are not legally obliged to accept. I hope that future cases of this nature will be handled in a way that fully reflects consumer protection standards.”
