“I had a parcel delivered by Royal mail. I wasn’t at home and I requested the courier to leave it in a safe place over the fence. However it was left on my doorstep and was missing when I got home. I contacted royal mail immediately and the advised me to get in touch with Boxraw. I understand it wasn’t Boxraws fault as to why the parcel was misplaced but the resolution has been horrendous. I have been told by the AI chat that it has been escalated and someone will contact me but nothing has been done. Terrible customer service!”

“Impello Boxing Boots – Absolutely Outstanding These boots are amazing. Not only do they look incredible, but they also fit my feet perfectly. To top it off, they’ve helped cure my plantar fasciitis – which honestly feels like a godsend. Through no fault of the boots and just me being heavy-handed, I ended up breaking one of the laces. After a couple of emails, Andre sent me a brand new pair of laces. Outstanding customer service from him – truly above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!”
