“It has been 11 days since I placed an order, but I have not received anything yet. Four days ago, I received a message stating that my parcel had been delivered, which contradicts the tracking information from the courier. Every attempt to contact Boxraw has failed too, as each time I receive an AI-generated message indicating that they cannot find my order. Sending them my e-mail, order number, postcode, or even asking to connect with a live agent has not yielded any results. This is my first order from Boxraw, and I am still wondering whether such delays and false delivery confirmations are standard practice for them.”
