“Items look & feel great. Quality seems to be solid, although it's too soon to tell. I reside in Canada so shipping was not a pleasant process (took weeks which was not an issue given the holiday season traffic ... but email notifications from BoxRaw were inaccurate which caused confusion and lots of unecessary back & forth emails). After I finally received the items (yesterday), the Sweatshirt had two long streaks of what appears to be permanent marker on the bottom cuff. I was not happy about that, but given my shipping experience, I decided to wear it as is and avoid the hassle of return/exchange. This was my first experience with BoxRaw and it's too soon to tell if I will purchase again.”

“Ordered a different jacket on sale, which got lost in transit and when I contacted boxraw I got a replacement but had to pay out of pocket because it wasn’t on sale anymore , I had to spend another 40$ because my original item got lost in transit lol”
