“I placed my order a month ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. They don’t respond to emails, they never provide shipping updates, and the order status hasn’t changed. The customer service is terrible. I do not recommend buying from this company.”

“As many others have said, the quality of items is good, but the ordering/return process is shocking. Delivery took ages. Failure to confirm orders and mix ups with payment methods meant that a few items were duplicated. I’m now currently waiting on £263 of returns. There’s been zero acknowledgement from Boxraw and there are no other avenues to contact them. Unfortunately, I now have to go through PayPal to get my money back. For this reason, I won’t be using them again.”

“Took them 10 days to reply to my concern and it's more than 10 days delayed because they shipped my order super later. I paid $315 for the item, but paid $250 in taxes because they didn't declare what I'm paying for which is the promo price and free items, they declared everything full price, extremely not helpful for people like me who in another country.”
