“I have purchased a number of items from Bonsoir of London, including Two-Fold Cotton pyjamas, Two-Fold Cotton dressing gown and more recently a Silk-Lined Wool Robe, in Burgundy Grey Check. The quality of these items is fabulous, excellently produced, with great fabric. I take a small in most garments and I find the small in these from Bonsoir fit well. Whist I winced at the price of the Silk-Lined Robe in reality it, like everything else I have bought from Bonsoir, is very fair given the quality. I particularly liked that this robe was made in the UK. The purchase and delivery process is easy, and quick with great communication throughout. Super company with fabulous well-made products.”
“The last purchase I made about 2 weeks ago I asked to purchase a single pyjama with a single XL.
When the package arrived your company had sent a XXl. I could have sent it back but its quite
difficult for a 87 year old. I had the pajama bottoms taken up which was quite expensive & I find
the whole thing such a bore.
You need to get your staff to listen more carefully.”
“Nightdresses: lovely fabrics, lovely garment designs. Long nighties are long! I will need to attack with my sewing machine. Colours and designs are disappointing and offer limited choice. I need gentle patterns, soothing blues. I don't want overwhelming florals, reminiscent of triffids, or solid blocks of cranberry red. Nighttime is for losing stress and being lulled gently into oblivion.
Delivery fine; have all gone well so far.”
“The quality of the pyjamas was very good, however, the sizing was not correct. I ordered the medium which according to the sizing chart was the correct size for my husband. When I received the pyjamas which were promptly sent, they were too small. Sadly I had to return them and am still waiting for my refund. Unfortunately, they had run out of the large size in both designs. I would certainly order again now I know the correct size to order. In short, I suggest you go for a size larger than the chart sizing suggests.”
“I love Bonsoir's men's nightshirts. My only criticism is that I would prefer short sleeves. The long sleeves generally available whilst not being actually tight are not easy to draw up - a nuisance when brushing teeth and water running up the arms- for a messy brushes like me, anyway!”
