“Postage costs are predatory. Your designer needs to buy a pair of New and Lingwood XL pyjamas and marks and sparks XXL to help him better fit your pyjama bottoms Nasty narrow waist band, tricky button hole, miserable little button. Pyjama top is good.”

“Good, but the last pyjamas for my husband were really scratchy cotton and needed two washes to be wearable. I was away, and rather cross we didn't just send them back.”

“I think your fabrics and making up are faultless, but your dressing gowns do not overlap enough. I had that problem with a dressing gown I bought in the spring and the same for my husband which I returned.”

“You promised normal delivery within 2-4 working days so I did not chose express delivery at an additional £10. The post office could not track your item until day 4 as they had not received it yet. It was delivered a full week after ordering by which time I had left on holiday and had to organise alternatives finding a neighbour who was there. Do not make promises it seems you have no organisation in place to keep! Mia Touzin Leffler”

“The fabric and design are elegant and luxurious. However the size are very large. The petite size is more like medium size. I was very excited and eagerly waiting to received my cashmere robe, yet I got disappointed when I tried it on. Very very huge. It should be named petite size”

“The quality of the pyjamas was very good, however, the sizing was not correct. I ordered the medium which according to the sizing chart was the correct size for my husband. When I received the pyjamas which were promptly sent, they were too small. Sadly I had to return them and am still waiting for my refund. Unfortunately, they had run out of the large size in both designs. I would certainly order again now I know the correct size to order. In short, I suggest you go for a size larger than the chart sizing suggests.”

“I love my new gown. The colour, design and soft texture of the fabric are exceptional. BUT . . . I feel there needs to be more width around the lower section of the gown because it gapes open and lower legs get chilly. I'm surprised Bonsoir made this kind of error with so much experience of cutting robes in the past. I'll be wearing my lovely robe for many years but now I'll have to wear long, woolly socks with it. Not quite the look I had anticipated considering the price and your excellent reputation. Better luck next time IF the width is adequately increased. Thank you Bonsoir for the things you got right!”

“Good delivery service products not 100%cotton as I had hoped should have checked as website does say modal bought 2 night dresses both day long but are different lengths again measurement is stated so should have checked”
