“The nightshirts seemed to be just what I wanted until I washed them, when they become very rough. I have washed them again with conditioner, but it has made no difference. Bonsoir have obviously lowered the quality of their products.”

“Terrible product. Poor materials, sewing, packaging, cut and fit. 35 quid for something that you can buy in a market stall for 5. Marketing’s nice though, the downside of Instagram!!!!. Can’t even unsubscribe from their lists of review requests. Feel foolish and cheated.”

“When ordering on the website you said the package would be sent by DHL to beat the Royal Mail strike. But you waited and sent it by post so it arrived too late to take on holiday. Very poor service”

“Bought two classic men’s nightshirts. The cotton is stiff and uncomfortable even after washing twice prior to wearing. Considering the price (even with a reduction) this is very disappointing, especially as I would not have bought them at any price if I had known they would feel like this.”
