“Good purchasing experience. After viewing several suppliers on line I decided to visit Bonners at the Milton Keynes showroom. They had a good range of piano models on display and to try. The staff were very helpful in explaining and demonstrating differences; even moving a used model of the type I was interested in from the storeroom to the showroom for me to try. No pressure, just good helpful advice. I subsequently contacted Bonners on the 'phone to discuss my requirements together with some accessories all of which was handled professionally, politely and efficiently. Prices were competitive and the online online order process straightforward. Delivery was swift by a polite and careful delivey crew with good comms throughout the whole process. The whole experience was enjoyable with a good service from start to finish. Many Thanks.”

“Brilliant. I realised after ordering that I’d not arranged the correct delivery date. I emailed them straight away ( Sunday evening ) and they got back to me first thing MondayI h ad a date that suited me. The item was delivered as promised. Well packed and a lovely guitar. Completely made up either the service. Thank you.”

“Going to the Bonners store in Reigate was a regular feature in our Saturday for a little while there, whilst deciding on a digital piano. Staff were always welcoming and if needed more than happy to help and share advice, demo the instruments or just let us get to know them by ourselves. Got my Christmas present sorted in the end and had a couple of very helpful chaps from Eastbourne deliver within a few days. Thanks again for all your help! - Best wishes, Katharina”

“I purchase a digital Casio ap750 piano from Bonners Music online store. Their pricing was competitive with all other retailers. They were quick to dispatch my order and emailed to say who would be delivering my order promptly. The piano arrived and was set up exactly as requested and is perfect for my needs. I’m sure if I lived closer to the store I would find the in store staff just as good too. Fantastic service and highly recommended”

“My Item was as described online it was well set up before it was shipped I spoke to Dave prior to my purchase he couldn’t have been more helpful my guitar was shipped the next day and was well packed I would not hesitate to use Bonners again brilliant service !”
