I used BOnline for website design. Abongile was very professional, polite, and responsive, and she added a few suggestions which I thought were a really nice touch. The service has really been prompt and efficient.

Overall a pleasant experience working with BOnline on our new website design, from the initial contact through design and development and website launch. Good value for money for the web design service and excellent customer service. Our assigned designer was Justin who has always been willing to work with us and go the extra mile to ensure the result met our expectations. He proved to be able to work under pressure and navigate through the restrictions to what can be designed by using BOnline templates currently available - some basic layout and functionalities features proved to be quite limiting and we had to adjust our requirements accordingly. We do hope that new and more flexible template will be available soon! Justin managed the client relationship in a professional fashion, solved problems quickly and proved to be very cooperative and patient throughout the whole process.

I chose Bonline when I started my company over three years ago. The service has been excellant. My website is looks great and the support team are patient and helpful if I get stuck with anything. Lovely people to work with and I would really recommend them to every company that wants an affordable and professional looking website.

I was looking for a number of companies and was shocked on how many design companies had bad reviews just by Googling the name, one had 10 reviews sites With bonline.com it has been a real pleasure from start to finish and I really love the fact they don't use the Wordpress templates as my last website got Hacked with the free platform. I chose there package which was bespoke and built through each consult, the designers was very patient, Thank you Oswin So I would defo recommend this company and they are on lots of review sites with much more good than bad reviews.

I have had a website built with Bonline.com and I am extremely happy from the process from start to finish. Nina was great the designer and the SEO had made my website rank highly. Really Happy, not sure about these reviews

Beware if you are a professional, Their sales team is eager to take your payments for web design and maintenance however getting an invoice is like pulling a leg off. I had the company built one website for me 2 years ago and there was no issues however on this occasion it was a nightmare to get invoices. This is what took place. November 2018 sales team processed a payment for new website, requested invoice and I was informed I will have the be the end of the weeks. 3 weeks passed and no invoice, sent many emails and spoke with CS and another 2 weeks passed with no invoice. Finally got the invoice but sadly not for our company. Called again and got this corrected this time on the spot. January 2019 payment processed for maintenance, invoice requested. I was again informed I will have it by the end of the week. No invoice was sent to me. Wrote multiple emails to Jody the web designer and Simeon the sales agent. I also spoke to Simeon and again empty promises that invoice will get to me promptly. It has now been a month and I did receive 3 invoices and again in another companies name. It is now February 2019 and I am still waiting for my invoices in the correct name. Web design is great I will say that, but their customer service and accounts is a nightmare. As a Professional who is running a business I require my accounts to be in order. If my client is paying for something they receive an invoice within 48 hours. I don't understand why it is such a hassle to get one from bOnline. Based on the above I believe bOnline is not good for any professional company and I recommend looking for another option in web design unless you don't mind ever getting an invoice so you can claim your vat or keep your spending accounts in order. The company built 3 websites for me and this experience has been so frustrating I don't think I will be able to use their services in the future. Unless you don't mind dealing with their poor customer service that makes false statements or their messy and unprofessional accounts department I recommend you move on from considering bOnline and find another company. You will be grateful for taking my advise. Cheers to Jody for his amazing skills in web design. I am sorry that the customer service and accounts department in your company is so unprofessional and caused this low review score.

Seemd great at first - then the VOIP did not work properly - then we cancelled the contract - but still have been billed monthly 6 months on from ending the contract.

My experience with Bonline has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the abysmal quality of their online phone service, I found myself unable to cancel my subscription easily. When I called to ensure my subscription would end after 12 months of practically unusable service, I was informed that it would be automatically renewed. Attempting to cancel became a Herculean task. Upon requesting cancellation, I was directed to an elusive cancellation team after enduring a 10-minute wait. The promised email for cancellation instructions was misleading, as it merely instructed me to call them again. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my debit payment, only to find additional charges of £9.25 for changing the payment method and £5 for a late payment. A second attempt at cancellation involved another 10-minute wait, only to be told I owed an additional £48GBP for administrative fees, disconnection fees, and a user contract buyout fee. It felt like a forced payment of £72GBP just to end an auto-renewal at the end of the subscription period. Beware of Bonline's unfair practices - automatic renewals without consent, hidden charges, and a convoluted cancellation process. This company not only provides a subpar service but also engages in questionable billing tactics, leaving customers trapped and frustrated. Approach with extreme caution and explore more reliable options for online phone services.

If I could give no stars I would. I don't believe for a second that this company has truthful reviews online. Horrendous relationship with this company from start to finish. I have been consistently billed incorrectly for months on end (always too much of course) which would often take weeks to sort out. The connection drops constantly making card payments in my wife's shop difficult at times causing her embarrassment and customers impatient. We recently noticed the bill was again incorrect but when I contacted BOnline they said my bill had increased (by around 33% with no notification). When I advised I would arrange a new provider they have billed me £99 (presumably a disconnection fee). Needless to say I have made a complaint and will take to OFCOM if need be. Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
