“Never ever ever order from boiler juice. I never write reviews on things but If I’d read how bad this company was I probably wouldn’t have ordered. The first time I ordered from them they delivered 3 days late, which was annoying but I still had oil and the oil company it was being delivered with knew the property so I didn’t need to wait home for it. Although I wasn’t happy with the first experience of BoilerJuice and their poor customer service I just dealt with the oil company delivering and they were great. I used BoilerJuice again, and what a mistake that was. I paid for the emergency delivery but no delivery was made. No oil company was contacted by then but money taken from my account. They didn’t even let me know, I had to call them to see why I hadn’t had a delivery. As it was new year all the oil companies were busy so the next delivery would have been 5 days later, that’s if they actually sorted it. No apologies were made and they couldn’t care less. I called the oil company direct who were going to supply the oil 5 days later with boiler juice, they quoted me £91 cheaper!!!!!! A MASSIVE difference and booked a delivery for 2 days later. It didn’t really make sense what boiler juice were saying. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER WITH THIS AWFUL, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY”

“Boiler juice failed to deliver just prior to Christmas. They didn’t contact me for a number of days and then by email as they state in an email “we are too busy to contact customers by phone”. I have to spend an additional £400 on an emergency order with the supplier who were amazing rather than run out of oil over Christmas and new year. Boiler juice simply not interested saying “they don’t have a contract with me” despite me paying them for a service - not sure that is even legally true ! AVOID”

“I ordered on the 6th December and was promised delivery on the 20th. Nothing came. Contacted boiler juice and they said the delivery is scheduled by the supplier for the 24th and should they be unable to deliver it will be delivered on the 26th. My monitor was already blinking red on the 20th. Have rung them up today and 8.00 at 10.15 and 12.00 and all I am getting is we are trying to sort it out. I rang the supplier at 2.00 and he was much more helpful and will do his best to deliver today - otherwise if we runout, the system will need to be bled - before the boiler will work. Will never use Boiler Juce again. In the past I have had good experience.”

“Firstly our oil delivery simply wasnt delivered. Then we were told that it would be delivered the following morning. It wasnt. I called and was told that the driver had to turn around because of a hill and mud! I told them we werent on a hill and the road is a high street so no mud. I was then given a different excuse. Told that the driver had called and knocked but no answer. Another lie. Awful people to deal with.”

“Web ordering does not work for me. Tried several time, including the app and always go thrown out before I got the chance to put in payment details. "Customer Service" could only parrot that they did not have a payment problem, when clearly the web-site does not work properly. Go somewhere else.”

“Awful! They took my money 3 weeks ago. Oil now 3 days overdue but clause on t&cs saying they can be!!! Blamed the supplier - over and over again. No email from them to say they were going to be late. Supplier us over 100 miles from us. Only offered £10 on my account for hassle. Would not put on cc do no use as will never order from them again. I will go back to ordering locally. They say they listen to feedback but they did this to a friend in same village 3 weeks ago so no they do not listen!!”

“placed order on 24th nov and didnt turn up on or before 6th december as normal. the girl at the end of the phone always uses same excuses and blames weather then i was told the date had changed without letting me know again as normal. its now passed the new date of 11th december and now ignoring calls . we have a 98year old mother with us and now we are fuming. we have been with them for 4 years and not once have we had a successfull on time delivery. time to move from these amateur money takers”

“Claim that they are not tied to a single supplier and can always offer next day delivery. When their supplier didn't turn up on the last day of their estimated delivery window (after having taken my money 2 weeks earlier), they weren't able or willing to change supplier or authorise next day delivery to ensure that we didn't run out. The following day the supplier missed the delivery again, but BoilerJuice didn't follow up until gone 4pm in the day, by which time it was too late to do anything. As we have an Aga and Central Heating on oil, the ramifications of running out is no cooking or heating. In winter. With small children. No real apology and get the impression they don't really care. Absolutely useless. Find your local supplier and do a direct deal to get their best prices and build a relationship - that way when you need it, you'll be able to lean on them as a valued customer.”

“Order submitted and paid for. No notification about delivery meaning we were out when delivery was attempted. Boilerjuice then cancelled the order when costs have soared meaning for the same amount of fuel is over £100 extra. I am a regular customise of theirs but will no longer buy from them!”

Do not be taken in by the tiered pricing scheme for quicker delivery. They cannot honour it. Will be going straight to the supplier in future instead of these parasites.”

“Second time an order placed, second time it’s late, no contact from Boilerjuice to advise of late delivery. I won’t use this company again, it smacks of financial difficulties when you’re paying a third party for oil and you don’t receive it. I still have no oil and I’m wondering where my money is, has it indeed been paid to the oil supplier. All this hassle and the quote from Boilerjuice was £9 less than my local supplier. I know who I’ll be giving my business to in the future.”

“Do not use boiler juice. They do not deliver when they say on the website. You are not able to speak to the supplier as they say you have to go through boiler juice. Rubbish to speak to. How in this day and age of delivery slots for everything else on the planet they are not able to even give a morning or afternoon slot. DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR SUPPLIER. VERY VERY UNHAPPY EX CUSTOMER.”

“FOUR failed deliveries for one order. No contact from Boiler Juice. Have to phone them, hang on to be told ‘sorry’ and it will ‘definitely be ......’ New delivery day/s comes and goes, NOTHING. And the cycle repeats. Still no oil and still no satisfactory explanation from them. Super efficient at taking your money though. Do yourself a favour and source elsewhere. Give Boiler Juicea miss.”

“Paid £48 for an in tank monitor - subcontracted to Warmserve - man showed up who said he had only come to photograph tank. Phoned Boilerjuice who persuaded him to fit monitor. Oil appeared to be delivered - nothing showing on monitor - Boilerjuice advice monitor can be unreliable. As tanker left no receipt and did not stay clearly no oil. Nightmare.”

“Delivery scheduled for friday am after confirmed this the day before on the Thursday, was told all ok for Friday. On the friday the oil never turned up when I called boiler juice explained I had no heating or hot water and 2 babies in the house the response was basically tough it be there monday , I was told just go buy some oil from somewhere and they cant calm the supplier as they had calls waiting. Had to put my family in a hotel for weekend as the house is freezing. Again customer services are a disgrace I would advise anyone reading this avoid this company they are a sham quick to take your money then if there are issues tough its your problem”
