“I referred a friend and he ending up paying for to much oil and took over 3 months to be refunded.”

“I, too, fell for the rubbish about great customer service on Trustpilot-- which actually allows companies like BJ to filter out the bad reviews!! However, after waiting 2 weeks for a delivery I've just been told that the 4-wheeler I quoted for (and have used for several years through boiler juice) won't deliver to my area and wants "to requote". BJ claims that they can "do nothing" as I am contracting with the supplier not BJ. In other words, BJ is happy to take the commission on the sale, but if there's a problem-- well, that's your problem, matey! That is unacceptable. If BJ refuses to stand by their good customers when supplier mistakes are made, what value are they adding again? This is disgraceful treatment that could easily have been avoided, or made right...bye bye, BJ! There's more competition now, and all the cute graphic design in the world doesn't hide the smell of shocking customer service. To top it all off, they lied to me about a quote, and then raised it on the confirmation they sent me. When I called them on it, they made some excuse about quoting for a different vehicle than the one I requested, Monopolistic scammers. Don't believe the hype!!”
