I purchased the rower in December and started the process to return the rower because it is faulty. The currier who delivered the rower took away the wooden box and Bluefin will not accept the return without the wooden box, even though it is not my fault the rower is faulty. After over 30 emails with the App company and the many emails with Bluefin, they have given up trying to resolve the issue and now I am stuck with a very expensive item that Bluefin should collect. Very disappointing given that I purchased this rower over the WaterRower brand because I thought buying from a local business is the better choice - how very wrong was I. Don’t buy the rower because it’s not that great compared with other water rowers on the market, the App and connectivity isn’t great - and unfortunately the service from Bluefin is a complete disappointment.

Ware sollte bis vor Weihnachten geliefert werden. Wurde nicht geliefert und man bekam trotz Nachfrage keine Information. Das Geld möchten Sie trotzdem behalten, obwohl ich die Ware nie bekommen habe.

The plug came completely squashed so have been unable to use my treadmill. Contacted multiple times no response then get a response and reply not heard anything since so can’t really say whether the treadmill is good or not because I can’t even turn it on. Terrible customer service

I wish I had something positive to say, but I haven't. There's no-one available at Bluefin to talk to on the phone, Bluefin do not offer any accessories for sale (eg mats, bike covers) and seem disinterested in offering suggestions, and I am being/have been left completely in the dark as to the status of my order - or whether it's being progressed at all. Had I known this in advance I would have ordered a different exercise bike from a different supplier.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Leider habe ich den Artikel noch nicht erhalten, obwohl der Auftrag bereits am 22. Februar 2021 erfolgte! Daher kann ich momentan nur einen Stern geben. I got the product 3D (reworked) with delay of 3 weeks, and had to pay 60€ tax for a price of 200€ .... 30% ??? If I bought at amazon i have a price of 300€ for a new one with full garantie :-( . I understood that its not new bot the product is scatched at the display and all papers are in a very bad condition.

Customer Service is really really poor, very difficult to get hold of, everything is done via email and it takes days for a response. Ordered an item which was in stock but ten days to be dispatched, in the end I told them to cancel the order but was asked to refuse delivery, I refused the delivery but yet to receive my refund.

Ich habe das Gerät aus England bis heute nicht erhalten. Es hängt beim Zoll fest seit 1 Woche und nichts passiert. Der Lieferant schickt mir immer nur die Tracking Nr. - aber sonst kümmert er sich nicht um eine reibungslose Abwicklung. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich keine Ware aus England bestellt.

I strongly recommend to avoid this brand. The walking machine was delivered broken, and Bluefin does not take responsibility for it. After a month of daily emails, and messages, providing photos, and conversations with different people going back and forth, it's still not replaced. I regret deeply spending almost £400 on a broken machine. Although more than the waste of money, it's all the energy and upset that I'm going through. So please find an alternative, there are plenty other brands and models out there that are good. Because if your product has a fault, you really are on your own with it.

Ich habe meine Bestellung nochimmer nicht erhalten und kann somit das Gerät auch nicht bewerten. Die Dauer der Belieferung (mittlerweile warte ich 4 Wochen) läßt einen ungeduldig werden und die Frage kommt auf: Erhalte ich meine Bestellung noch?

The exercise bike arrived broken and unusable, called to discuss and they were unable to help me and have told me to wait to hear back from the support centre which could take 48 hours and then they will arrange for collection. Only when the damaged bike is back in their warehouse will they send a replacement...

Ich habe Anfang Februar bestellt und die Vibrationsplatte ist immer noch nicht hier. Alle Versender liefern nur UPS kriegt es nicht hin... UPS kann auch nicht sagen wann es denn zugestellt wird. Wenn es bald nicht ankommt, verzichte ich auf die Lieferung und bestelle woanders die Platte.

Not able to write a review because Bluefin is not shipping the parcel that should, according to them, be shipped within 3 days since 3 weeks now. I am constantly only getting the info “there is issues with our courier, we fix that asap”. Not sure any more if asap means “wait another year” or “we stole your money you will not get anything.” Really bad customer service policy. Funny enough that they send me this review request whilst not giving me any information on my parcel at the same time since weeks. Ignoring questions on a plan when the parcel should be shipped. I even asked if it’s days, weeks or months and didn’t get an answer to this either. Only the same “we are sorry. We have delays. We want to fix it asap”-s*** since 3 weeks. To have that said: everything written hear (incl. that I get the feeling they just steal my money because they keep giving me excuses instead of information) I wrote to their customer service before - without getting anything but excuses without info, ignoring my questions and fears.

Leider habe ich das im Januar bestellte Gerät immer noch nicht erhalten. Den Kaufbetrag aber schon bei der Bestellung per PayPal bezahlt. Traurig. Ich bin gespannt was noch passiert.
