I purchased the rower in December and started the process to return the rower because it is faulty. The currier who delivered the rower took away the wooden box and Bluefin will not accept the return without the wooden box, even though it is not my fault the rower is faulty. After over 30 emails with the App company and the many emails with Bluefin, they have given up trying to resolve the issue and now I am stuck with a very expensive item that Bluefin should collect. Very disappointing given that I purchased this rower over the WaterRower brand because I thought buying from a local business is the better choice - how very wrong was I. Don’t buy the rower because it’s not that great compared with other water rowers on the market, the App and connectivity isn’t great - and unfortunately the service from Bluefin is a complete disappointment.
