Buenas tardes. La experiencia muy mala porque lo compre y pague el 7 de febrero esperando llegara el 17 de febrero como muy tarde y parece ser que hasta el 22 de febrero no lo recibiré Dia 23 y sigo sin recibir mi pedido PAGADO........................... Una vergüenza

I can't write a real review as I haven't received my vibration plate yet. I ordered on Jan 29, it has been dispatched with UPS on Feb 5 and it's still (since 1 week) at UPS Herne-Boernig in Germany without any sign of making progress to be delivered. Why does Bluefin choose the worst delivery service on earth? Update (2nd March): I still haven't received my plate yet. It's meanwhile since 4 weeks at UPS Herne-Boernig!!!

I ordered the vibrating platform on February 4 and, to date, I haven't received it yet. If I do not receive it within a couple of days, I will open a Paypal dispute

i ordered article 20575 at january 19th, but not arrived yet. get nearly a message every day, but nothing happens. i am worry about the delivery situation and hope that the product will convinced.

Je n ai pas reçu ma livraison et en plus vous me réclamez des frais exorbitants de livraison ce qui n était pas convenu j attends d ailleurs une réponse en français je pense que votre site est une arnaque

Awful, both the item, shopping experience and support. Not much clear information on its delivery, one email to say it was on route, with a tracking number, but when looked at it was just at teh point of UPS "was going to pick it up", no other update and then it just arrived. I emailed bluefin fitness during this time with no update. Put the rower together, which was pretty easy. But, firstly the LCD screen backlight lit up, bu you couldn't see the numbers. Second set of batteries made it slightly better. App on app store is awful, doesn't seem to work at all. Then the rowing itself. Non existent. The strap doesn't go all the way back into the unit, so you're left with about 1/2 meter of pulling BEFORE it pulls the magnet, but which time you are at the end of the stroke/legs are straight. The tension dial doesn't seem to do much at all, and even at 8/8 its not much tension (im no weight lifter), so its not strong at all. Now im in the fun and games of getting a refund, and its been 3 days since emailing with no reply from Bluefin support.

I’d give zero if I could. I bought a treadmill on 10th Jan 2021 which was damaged on receipt. A collection was agreed and the item sent back after a week. Three weeks later I’m waiting for a replacement. I was originally told that there was a backlog on deliveries. I followed up on 8th Feb and was then told all support staff were ‘training’ until 15th Feb and I’d have to wait until then. Still no treadmill and no refund and no plan for what Bluefin intend to do about it. Avoid

Absolutely rubbish! After just a few week of use, the cycle computer stopped working and the bottom bracket bearing creak loudly. I have attempted to arrange repairs or servicing, but no help has been offered. I would definitely not buy another product from this shoddy manufacturer.

I have not received any further details of my order since 3rd Feb and no update on delivery despite being told at ordering stage delivered in 2 to 3 days! Chased via chat function on website to be informed I could have to wait up to 2 days for a response to that query

Ordered item on 2nd Feb 2021 it says will be delivered in 3 days, its now the 12th Feb and item still not been delivered and no correspondence to state my order will be delayed.
