Good morning Angela, We're so pleased to hear that you are happy with your machine purchase and the finished badges that it produces. An instruction booklet is included in with every new badge machine purchase which gives step by step in instructions on how to use it and there are some videos on our website for the standard G Series machine range. Should you prefer to see a short video that we have for the compact machine that you ordered, please let us know and we'll send it through for you. “Speedy delivery & packaged well. My only grumble is some (blank keyrings) were dusty and a couple were scratched.”

Good morning Many thanks for your review however sorry to hear that some of the keyrings were dusty and a couple were scratched. This particular item is one of our budget keyrings and in the quantity that you ordered, come bulk packed straight from the supplier. As they are not made out of a scratch-resistant material, there may be the odd one that is marked during the manufacturing process and can sometimes disappear once the image is added. The dust on some of the keyrings is not normal however is not dirt but some of the plastic dust created in the factory which can be removed by using a microfibre cloth. “Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Slight discrepancy in terminology when reading the instructions but I worked it out. Maybe I missed it but it would have been helpful if you had recommended the paper cutter at the time I ordered the badge maker. I now need to order one separately.”
