Your products are of a very high standard. My issue is that this time the customs charge was higher than I expected.

Good morning Majella, Thank you for your continued custom with us and can appreciate your comments regarding the customs charge that you received on your latest order however this was due to the order being sent by courier and a higher value than the previous order that was sent by Airmail. Any order placed outside of the UK is now charged without VAT added and these deductions can then be used towards these charges. Customers can provide us with an EORI number which can be applied for through their countries government gateway. This will speed up the importing process. For customers like you in Ireland a link to the website is https://www.revenue.ie/en/customs/documents/electronic/ereg-eori-guide.pdf Unfortunately following Brexit, these charges are incurred when we export orders outside of the UK and are determined by your countries Customs & Excise and we have no control over them and are unable to give any indication as to how much they will be. I hope that this helps to explain the situation and should you have any questions regarding importing goods from the UK, I'm sure you can get advice from your government's tax department. Very pleased with the product but received 6x bags of bottom part & 4x bags of top part! should have 5x of each. Can you send me 1x bag short of top part & arrange collection of 1x extra bottom part please.
