“disapointed you did t answer to my mails. you did't put a sample 59 in my order tot test on my other machine”

Hello, I am sorry you did not receive sample, please see below our response to your initial email enquiry. You actual order was despatched within 2.5 hours of it being placed online and we responded to your email enquiry for a sample within 4 hours which you made after placing your online order. We pride ourselves on despatching orders quickly and operate a fully automated 'order management system' meaning orders are received buy our warehouse within 20 minutes of being placed online, which are then packed ready for despatch. __________________________________________________ (email response sent: 04/11/2015 14:54:01) Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, the package has already been despatched and so I am unable to include a sample on this order. Should you need to re order in the future, I will be happy to include a sample for you to try. I do think that the chances of them fitting your machine is very low unless it is the same model of machine as the one we sell. If the 38mm work in your current machine, let me know and I will send a sample of the 59mm to you.
