“I'm afraid the badge blanks we ordered didn't work in our machine. They got jammed and we couldn't use them. However , I should have mentioned this earlier and I've always found the company very good. Prompt delivery, good service and our badge maker, now several years old, is still in great condition.”

Sorry to hear that components did not work in your machine. I can only assume you are not using one of our G Series machines, as it was G Series components that you purchased. Please feel free to return the components and we will issue a refund, or perhaps you can look at purchasing a G Series 25mm machine which will work with the components you purchased.
