“I have bought quite a few bits from here which aren’t cheap. When I flagged up the the black leggings, which I ordered along with the hoodie and sports bra, had faded after one wash at 30 degrees they would not allow an exchange. I clearly showed a picture showing the colour change against the top - for £44 leggings it’s a joke. They tried to say it was a different range, even though I explained twice they started the same exact same colour. Pretty poor response to be honest. Basic quality - had they been cheap ones from primark I wouldn’t have been so bothered. Tried fobbing me off with a £15 voucher to force me to spend more money, as a new pair of leggings at £44 falls under the £70 minimum spend, so I’ll be losing another £3-£7 on delivery costs in addition. Not worth the money in my opinion.”

“Auf der Internetseite super schöne Teile, auch beim Ankommen des Pakets noch super überzeugt. Nach dem Waschen (selbstverständlich lt. Anweisungen auf dem Etikett) sah das ganze dann schon anders aus, da der Hoodie komplett verfärbt bzw. verwaschen war. Habe das auch reklamiert, leider kam man mir hier nicht wirklich entgegen, retournieren war auch nicht mehr möglich (logisch, war ja schon gewaschen). Schade, dass der Kundenservice nicht an oberster Stelle steht.”

“My jumper when washed the fluff from the inside came out all over the jumper and all the other washing … apparently this is normal! I have never heard of such a thing and it has not happened to any of my other products! Very poor for a £60 jumper !”
