“Ordered hoodie size L... far too bid. Spoke to customer service who advised I could return it for an exchange to another size. Did this only to find that before they will send out the exchange I have to wait 10 days for them to process rhe return. This means I might not have the exchange item for Christmas (its a gift). Had this been made clear at the time I would have returned for a refund and simply placed another order. Customer services have not been helpful.”
