“My order arrived torn and damaged, with several items missing. I provided photos as proof and did not sign for the delivery, yet Blakely relied on an unverified courier note claiming “no damage” and would not offer a refund. They insisted on a replacement or store credit, which goes against UK consumer rights for missing or damaged goods. Customer service was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout. Very disappointing experience.”

“Absolutely love the Blakey Isabel Borg jumpers purchased the Black but also I have the cream one! Never worn a jumper so much keeps me so warm and no need for a coat! Just love the material it’s my fave next one will be the white Borg one 🩷”
