“I normally find Blakely great, ordering is easy and delivery is fast, however my most recent purchase did not go so smoothly. Incorrect order was delivered and despite emailing them I am still waiting for Blakely to make contact.!! The amount of money I have spent I expected better customer service.”

“Trying not to be too harsh with my review as the quality an service is great but really wouldn’t recommend buying a colour you love because you’ll be disappointed when what delivered isn’t that, especially when you pay for next day”

“Happy with products so far good quality just ordered the new wool sets so will see what they are like when they arrive all i will say they should do a petite range as every thing is slightly big for me on length of leg and length of arms”

“Items arrived promptly, loved the hoodies though the black one keeps shedding fluff, hopefully it will stop after a few washes. Great quality. The leggings & joggers were not a good fit though. First time using this website and I will certainly buy their jumpers/hoodies again in the future”
