“Never received my items that were specifically ordered for a special birthday present. Given reviews regarding quality and company ethos, was excited to gift the jumpers ordered. Unfortunately, despite confirming my address, Blakely got my address wrong and my items were returned to them without attempt to be delivered. I informed them of this and Blakely were not prepared to rectify their mistake or unable to confirm a refund until the order was received back to their warehouse. Customer services were uninterested and offered a very poor service. Really disappointed in the service provided, and as such, will not attempt to place an order in future due to service received which also meant that I was unable to provide a birthday present to a good friend, despite placing the order x2 weeks in advance of the occasion. Super disappointing company and service.”
