“Have received this hoodie- great fabric and quality but not representative of mineral blue- more like mint green. Have kept if because it’s a good hoodie- but genuinely disappointed with colour”

“I originally order a size too big for me. I requested an exchange which was really easy to do. Sent my oversized one back and the new one was arrived in a few days. Can’t fault the process or the product.”

“Received a work jumper I returned it as it had marks all over it a hour after I received it. I done a return added photos etc and they come back and said they can’t send me a new one as they can’t resell that one and send the same order back! I asked to speak with a manager and they told me a manager can’t deal with this sort of thing. I’ve sent more messages and been completely ignored. I paid £61 now having to try claim this through my bank!”
