“The return policy was a joke - I had to wait nearly two weeks. Communication could of been a lot better! I was told in a email by the person who sent it she could “ see what she could do “ as i asked for a gesture of good will for the inconvenience as I had to send my hoodie back due to the stitching. There wasn’t even points offered for my inconvenience. I took the hoodie straight to the post office as soon as the return label came through. It finally arrived ( nearly two weeks later ! ) It’s really not good enough for a £60 item. A gesture of good will goes a very long way , the customer service was really poor !!”
