“I’m disappointed in the overall experience I have to say. Sizing info provided is fairly terrible and then charge you to return, an exchange is taking an age, they don’t reply to emails. Not impressed.”

“Delivery was a night don’t turn up when it should of then went to the incorrect address… felt like I had been scammed when I was transferred to the shop website to pay plus this meant I didn’t get my first time buy discount”

“People may think Balkely is a little pricey but it’s genuinely so worth it. You get products made with materials levels above anything else I’ve bought. The colours are beautiful and the fabrics are so soft and comfortable and the fits are perfect.”

“Trying not to be too harsh with my review as the quality an service is great but really wouldn’t recommend buying a colour you love because you’ll be disappointed when what delivered isn’t that, especially when you pay for next day”
