“I didn’t know you can use this pass. I have used the t in one store and that was TK Max, however I tried to use it in boots and the staff member wasn’t aware this. She then asked the store manager who allowed me to use there staff toilets..it’s a great pass especially when you have bladder issues and can’t get to a public toilet”

“I had searched for some time for a group discussing issues connected to incontinence. I found nothing and felt very frustrated. I considered creating a blog about it. I had taken the hospital classes, which offered nothing but slogans and a course in "mindfulness." Faced with an upcoming flight from Australia to the US and having no idea how I would manage it, I found this site. I explained my situation and asked for travel tips. I was immediately overwhelmed by the number of responses I received within a day! A group of people who understood what I was dealing with and were willing to share their solutions. I am now looking forward to that trip and sharing my experiences with others. I cannot thank this community (and that is what they are!) enough!”
