“Of course, I am new to this part of my life, and I think everybody so affected has to adjust in so many ways. Physically, mentally, socially and so much more. At every stage of shock after the operation, treatment, and forward planning I have found the Bladder and Bowel Community to be understanding, kind, helpful and informative. The people have been courteous and very ‘matter of fact’ in their approach. This has helped me enormously.”

“My daughter got the card that you do for people who need a toilet quickly and within two days you rang me to see if I needed anything as I had only had mine in recently. I did not and in no time you gave me everything I needed.”
