Billingham are a family owned company, manufacturing camera bags for the world’s photographers since 1973 alongside a range of leisure and laptop bags. All bags are made in the West Midlands area of England, a region famous for manufacturing. A core reason for Billingham’s longevity is the fact that from the start, the Billingham family were determined that their products would always be made to the very highest standards from the best available materials to provide high levels of protection for their valued contents.

A notable feature of Billingham camera bags is that they are made from a distincive 3-layer waterpoof canvas that never needs reproofing. They also feature genuine top grain leather and solid brass details.

“It's my 4th Billingham, so this is perspective of a loyal customer. Bags have always been high quality, and sturdy. Purchase decisions always take time because I feel the billingham website does not help in the matter especially to have a feeling of the size. I would definitely invite you to inspire yourselves from Peak Design's Website.”

“Courteous staff and very knowledgeble about the items ! The staff acted on my second email after the purchasing one in that I would like to have Sage/Fibrenight on all items purchased - and they did!! The items are very well made and it was a dream come true when the items arrived! Cant praise Billingham highly enough for the effort of getting the right items send to NZ as fast as possible!”

“I have had a Billingham since 2013 and now I have two. The first was the Hadley Pro and it has travelled the world with me and it was my everday bag for over 12 years. Now I bought a second one, the new Hadley One that is slightly larger to hold a larger camera as my gear expands. But my original Hadley Pro keeps going and I think when it comes to wearing a nice, stylish, unassuming bag for a small camera, I will always take a Billingham.”

“I purchased a Billingham 250 camera bag back in the mid 80's. It had alot of use and was not stored well for a while. The leather straps broke and it needed help. It would have been easier to dispose of the bag but it has too much sentimental value. The people at Billingham brought it back to like new condition and it is impossible to tell that it was redone! I hope to have and use this bag for many years to come. Thanks Billingham!”

“My bag f5.6 which my father bought in 1991 and which recently came to me with some wear of long usage and after enquiring with cusrtomer service I decided to send it to repair - when I got it back I was truly amazed - the bag looked brand new on the inside as well as on the outside and it is perfect for my Nikon F5 whose body is quite high so this bag is perfect for it - Thank you very much indeed.”

“Billingham did a superb job of replacing all the disintegrating leather of a +30yo bag. It came back looking practically new. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the speed. The only downside—which is not Billingham’s fault—was the shipping expense and the fact that Canada Customs charged me as though I’d bought a new bag rather than had one I already owned repaired.”

“I have been using Billingham bags for a professional life time On this occasion I needed a minor repair to one of my bags that I originally bought 40 years ago. They made a beautiful job, possibly better than the original. There was NO CHARGE. just paid carriage there and back. What can I say, they are a legend.”

“Long Term Review For The V Bridge 15. I purchased this item at the end go July, 2025 to carry my Canon T90 and 50mm Lens in my Billingham 335 Camera Bag. The V Bridge is perfect in providing support and protection to the Lens and Camera Body. These old film cameras are a little top heavy. Therefore, I would recommend this item to any photographer rocking both analog camera gear in the field. Obviously, the construction and materials are all sound and robust to last a life time of hard work and fits snuggly into the internal lining of the 335 Camera Bag - Olive. I have had no issues with this product since purchase. An excellent product line from Billingham.”

“I wanted the smallest bag possible to accommodate a Nikon Z 8 with a 24- 70 f 2.8 S ii lens attached. The camera with lens attached sits on its side with no dividers fitted into the Hadley Pro. This gives me quick and easy access to the camera. The front pockets have plenty of room for spare battery and lens cleaning kit. I am very pleased with the bag which has excellent padding and waterproofing”

“My new burgundy Hadley Small is my third Billingham and is every bit as great as my Hadley One and Hadley Small Pro. Although it’s listed as burgundy it is red but I love the colour. This is my new everyday handbag and camera bag for my Fuji X100. The quality looks as great as my other Billinghams.”
