“I have yet to tour the vineyards but have regularly purchased from the shop. Great, friendly service, and the wines are quite remarkable. U.K. is giving the rest of the world a run for their money”

“This is my 3rd time purchasing drinks from the Biddenden Vineyards. I love the products and have bought them as gifts for friends. Although I did have a bad experience once where the delivery driver dropped off my products at a different address about 5 miles from me. Even with this bad experience I still purchased Biddenden products because they are of great quality.”

“Purchased 4 bottles of cider, it was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Very well packaged and very good service. I have not tried the cider as its a Christmas present for a friend who tried and liked this drink when we went to the Biddenden Tractirfest this year.”

“Great product and very fast delivery. Point to note however - delivery service stated signature will be required but doesn’t advise anticipated delivery time but advised we were 42nd drop for the day. In the event parcel was found on the step early/mid morning. Not very customer orientated.”

“I ordered a gift pack for my brother who lives within the Local area. It was processed promptly, and dispatched and arrived in good time for Xmas, whcih was good amid the general uncertainty. I may be misremembering but I think I was unable to include any form of message with the gift, which may be an area for improvement?”

“Biddenden dry is better than most white wines at 1.5 times the price. Delivery charge a touch high.”
