“Didn't go to the vineyard itself. Purchased online. Voucher wasn't to hard to find. Purchased the self guided tour. On the website said can pay an extra 5pp for upgrade to 2 extra wine tasters. However you can only purchase the normal self guided and have to pay the extra on the day for the upgrade. Should be an option of what one you can pick to avoid having to pay extra on the day. It was a present for someone and had to explain all this to them about the upgrade as it wasn't included in the voucher. But smooth transaction”

“I believe the hamper was as selected. A box of ?communion wine? was also delivered and had to be returned! A hassle for the receiver.”

“I was a quite disappointed when my order arrived as I felt I had been mislead. The photos of your red apple juice show a bright red drink whereas when it arrived it was a very pale pink colour. Delivery was fast.”

Hi Tabitha, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry that you felt misled. The photos of the juice on the website do show a deeper red colour although the colour of the juice does vary dependant on the season. I hope you still enjoyed the product and pleased to hear it arrived quickly.

“I am sucker for a biddies no 5 ciders, purchase a crate on a pretty regular basis. The cider is amazing my only criticism, the cost . Biddenden don’t operate any sort of discounts or customer loyalty scheme like some other stockists. If this was available I certainly would purchase a lot more regularly.”

“Know about them for years.. goid product, just a shame they keep putting the price up and up and up.. i can buy their cider cheaper at other outlets rather then direct from them. Shame they are so greedy”
