“Well i've had two experiences with Betfair tonight. the first, Shaun, was very helpful but I timed out of my conversation with him. I then reapplied and I got Matteo who was very unhelpful and took ages to respond. From the moment I saw the typing it took him five minutes to respond and all that i received was a two liner. I then got back Shaun and he helped me to resolve my issue.”

“I have had 3 or 4 Monday bonuses for playing Arcade games. This is a brilliant feature. I do take up the matched bonus offers from time to time. Again, these can sometimes be good value.”
