“I'd like to recommend MAX as your best online chat advisor I was seriously going to close my account after the first guy I spoke to but MAX made everything ok and definitely made me change my mind about closing my account. He dealt with my problem politely and professionally. I have spent a lot of money lately with betfair and was delighted when offered a free bet for losing out on £40 cash out with the site being down, MAX definitely softened the blow.
