“Exchange is great, lots of markets, site works well, easy to navigate when you get used to it. Sports book was great until I was banned out of the blue with no explanation at all. That's not the way to deal with customers. I've heard lots of others have had the same treatment too. Great shame as I would have been using the sports book loads. If I was un-banned, the rating would be very good.”

“Easy to see and find the bets. Very clear system. Commission is a bit high at 5%, should lower it with loyalty schemes. I like the cash out options and the wide range of matches that are covered.”
