“basically I added a new debit card to my account and tried to deposit £25 but because I deposited yesterday on my old card it wouldn't let me. so got intouch via online chat and was told has to be 24 hours between transactions on different cards. I didn't know this the nice lady explained I could use my new card at 14:21 pm however I explained I would miss the 14:20 race so she gave me a £10 goodwill bonus and that cheered me up thanks to Sabrina and thanks to betfair”

“overall betfair is excellent, just 1 problem with me regarding MULTIPLE BSP bets, i think after selecting a bet you should the be given option to place bet before being told amount to win, if so would not have missed out on winning £177 yesterday, due to you doing it other way round, after seeing £177 to win did not then place bet. my fault yes, but have noticed before and thought is too easy not to actually put bet on, as vast majority of similar bets with others, you only get told what to win after putting bet on, which is what am used to.”
