“I use the service daily, I find many excellent markets with adequate liquidity for my uses. I was not adversely affected by the technical breakdown on Sat pm but that was because Reading scored just after you came back online, i'm sure many players missed the opportunity to cash out from winning positions during loss of service. Has any explanation be posted to explain situation that led to loss of service any are you confident it's less likely to re- occur ?”
