“Your customer service, when I rang, was excellent; however, I shouldn't have had to ring. You're sending me crap/spam texts despite me being down not to receive any. You've just over-ridden it and sent it anyway. And you link to stop it, doesn't stop it. Disgusting service. You're on a final warning. I hate spam.”

“Simon was very polite and a very quick response with the Information I needed and then took his time to ask a senior to void my bet as a good will gesture. Above and beyond overall a great experience any of your online chat representatives are as polite and as good at there job as Simon would make for a great service every time.
