“I was feeling very unhappy as I had no money so by chance I logged into my Betfair account and there was £250 in my account. I bet £50 and banked £200 from that I have now banked £1,000 today. Betfair you have given me the best Xmas present ever. I cant thank yo enough.”

“The staff actually communicated I made a mistake and thought my advisor was in India. She corrected me and told me she was in Malta, Danika corrected me and I like honesty. She was fantastic, solved my query at the FPC (first point of contact) under 5 minutes while making me feel I was talking to a person not a robot. I will check your adds now before going to coral or sky first. A*** for customer service x”
